Introduction and overview for the Eqlipse™ Communication
Planning Program
This EQLIPSE™ Program focuses on how we create
communications that consistently deliver quality, effective
outcomes. The program, in particular focuses on three key areas
for achieving that; they are the communication process and practices
we use, communication tools and technologies, and the development
of skills, education, knowledge, and experience for individuals
and groups. The program has a component for managing the communications
through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling projects
and another component for measurement and continuous improvement.
Finally this program looks at the dynamic of resource allocation
/ utilization in balance with our intentions and desired outcomes
and the expected levels of quality and service in the communication
experience. The Managing Communications Workshop provides an
overview to the EQLIPSE™ Communication Planning
Program.
