Characteristics of Communication Workshop

Introduction and overview for the 4 Characteristics of Communication

This workshop provides an overview of the four characteristics, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, and Ethical Characteristics, and how each influences the communication message. We are usually not aware of these characteristics all the time yet they have an affect on intended outcomes. For example, a communication may be irrational, highly emotional, or lacking credibility. A communication may also be biased, prejudiced, morally questionable, or unprincipled. The Characteristics of Communication Workshop creates awareness for their effect in planning quality, effective communications.
